A group of medicinal substances used in the treatment of cerebral circulatory disorders of any origin is called nootropic. This group includes Gliatilin and Cerakson. The main properties of medicinal substances are to support the physiological structure of neurons, increase functionality and activate the plasticity of the central nervous system, as well as provide a pronounced neuroprotective effect by normalizing the stability of the cell membrane and supplying a sufficient amount of oxygen.
The nootropic effect of Gliatilin and Ceraxon can be primary with a direct effect on neurons and secondary with an improvement in general cerebral circulation. Due to their high therapeutic characteristics, the drugs are widely used in the complex treatment of diseases of the central nervous system such as strokes, dementia, traumatic brain injuries, stress, apathy, neuroses, Alzheimer's syndrome. Our specialists, that is, journalists from the Expertologi publication, are ready to provide the general public with reliable information about Gliatilin or Cerakson - how they differ and what is better.
Picamilon instructions for use, composition, indications, analogues and reviews
Read the information about the drug Picamilon, the instructions for use of which, unlike the official ones, are given in an abbreviated version.
The text is provided for informational purposes only and cannot serve as a substitute for medical advice. Picamilon is a drug that acts on the human body as a psychostimulant and tranquilizer. Taking Picamilon can improve blood supply to the brain, reduce vascular resistance in the brain, and increase the speed of blood flow. Picamilon is available in the form of tablets and solution for intravenous or intramuscular administration. It undergoes fairly rapid and complete absorption in the human body.
Picamilon (nicotinoyl gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a nootropic drug. widely used in medicine for the treatment of neurological, ophthalmological and urological pathologies, as well as chronic forms of alcoholism.
The drug restores brain function in cases of cerebrovascular accident. after chronic stress. strokes and other neurological diseases, as well as after impacts of a physical, biological and chemical nature.
The instructions for use clearly classify Picamilon as a nootropic drug. That is, neurometabolic agents designed to improve cognitive functions, as well as increase the brain’s resistance to hypoxia and increased intellectual stress. But this is not the entire spectrum of the positive effects of the drug on the human body.
The drug Picamilon has very positive reviews, despite this we would like to draw attention to the fact that the drug should be prescribed by the attending physician. You should not experience all the pharmacological advances on yourself. Even if they help other people and are reasonably priced. Just for Picamilon the price is quite humane. It costs about 60-80 rubles for 30 tablets. Depends on the dosage of the drug, and, of course, on the pharmacy chain. What's good about Picamilon?
If you are interested in instructions for use and price for Picamilon, the reviews will also interest you. The justified use of the drug for the treatment of depressive and anxiety disorders in the adult population is quite effective. Patients, as a rule, are satisfied with the results obtained.
Complaints of side effects are rare. This distinguishes Picamilon from most drugs that have tranquilizer properties. Although cases of intolerance to the active substance have been reported.
Those parents who used Picamilon for children as prescribed by a doctor left mostly positive reviews. In all cases of its justified use, the effect occurred, side effects rarely developed. In some cases, when children take Picamilon, reviews report a temporary effect of the drug.
That is, its effect lasted for six months, after the end of the course therapy. It is not always possible to consider such a phenomenon as a drawback of the drug, because many neurogenic and psychogenic disorders are chronic conditions that require long-term (sometimes permanent) treatment, just every six months.
In addition, many parents notice the effect of taking the medication quite quickly, within literally the first week. And they wonder, if the drug has already helped, maybe it’s not worth “poisoning” the baby’s chemicals further? There is only one answer to this question: the course of treatment must be completed completely, the minimum course of treatment with this drug is 1 month, and only in this case can one expect a lasting effect described in the instructions. If you stop taking the medicine after 1-2 weeks, it is better not to start therapy. This is a waste of money, and you have been “poisoning” your baby these days in vain.
Many doctors, including narcologists and pediatricians, consider the drug to be quite good. Picamilon was especially noted by doctors for its ability to help children with bedwetting. The drug can be said to be underrated in its group. Like all nootropic drugs, it does not work immediately. And, of course, this is not a bright tranquilizer.
But the excellent combination of the ability to normalize metabolic processes in the brain with tranquilizing properties gives a good therapeutic result. Especially in older people, patients with migraines and people with intense physical and intellectual stress. Considering the cost of the drug, the effect it provides can be considered very good. This is a brief description of the drug Picamilon - instructions for use, prices, reviews, analogues of this medication.
Reviews about Picamilon are mostly positive. Many patients note that it is well tolerated and quickly helps restore normal functioning of the nervous system, improve mental performance and memory. Although there are also negative reviews from those for whom the drug did not help at all. However, most patients note that the drug is well tolerated and has no side effects.
Compatibility of Picamilon and Mexidol: which is better, can it be taken at the same time
In the treatment of diseases of the nervous system and internal organs, one cannot do without combining drugs from different pharmacological groups. In this article we will try to reasonably decide whether it is possible to take Picamilon and Mexidol at the same time.
One patient is treated by several doctors of different specializations: therapist, general practitioner, neurologist, cardiologist, physiotherapist. Each doctor has his own vision of the patient’s problems, and doctors also offer different treatments. After the prescriptions, the question remains unresolved: is it possible to take prescribed medications together?

Description of drugs
Mexidol is a strong nootropic that stimulates the metabolism of brain cells and is able to protect them from lack of oxygen supply and the toxic effects of harmful substances. It affects the brain tissue itself, increasing activity and resilience under adverse conditions. It has been proven that Mexidol is a universal antioxidant and broad-spectrum nooprotector.
Picamilon normalizes blood circulation throughout the body, mainly affecting neurocirculation. It acts on the blood vessels of the brain, helping them to expand, delivering more oxygen and essential nutrients to the nerve cells. Picamilon maintains blood vessel tone, thereby indirectly affecting brain tissue.
The main differences between the two drugs:
- refer to substances with dissimilar chemical properties
- different pharmacological effects
General – a pronounced therapeutic effect on the human nervous system.
Mexidol or picamilon: which is better?
Only the doctor who treats the patient can give an exact answer. If two drugs are prescribed, we can safely say: both are necessary in treatment.
Pros of Mexidol:
- effective for cerebral ischemia;
- normalizes the condition after a concussion;
- will help with acute, chronic intoxication, alcoholism;
- improves memory, learning ability;
- reduces stress levels.
The benefits of Picamilon are due to its effect on blood vessels:
- proven effectiveness in vegetative-vascular dystonia (VSD);
- indispensable in the complex treatment of atherosclerosis;
- treats cerebral circulation disorders of various nature, dizziness;
- eliminates excessive emotionality and tearfulness.
Can Mexidol and Picamilon be taken together?
After consulting with a number of neurologists, we received similar answers that can be boiled down to one thing:
- “Mexidol and Picamilon perfectly complement each other’s effect and can be taken simultaneously to enhance the effect on the patient’s body. Picamilon dilates blood vessels, increases their permeability, and more blood with useful substances and oxygen begins to flow to the brain tissue. If Mexidol is taken together, it will reach the nerve cells faster and will have a more significant and lasting therapeutic effect than in the absence of Picamilon.”
- Experts prescribe both drugs in combination if the patient simultaneously has disorders of the central nervous system and blood circulation. Such symptoms are typical for older people, weakened people with chronic diagnoses.
- Due to the antioxidant effect of Mexidol and the vasodilating effect of Picamilon, the level of brain hypoxia is reduced, because more oxygen is supplied to it, and its needs are reduced. The combination of Mexidol and Picamilon has the best effect. Combined use is useful in that the therapeutic effect is achieved at lower doses and shorter periods of treatment. This is important for patients suffering from diseases of the liver and excretory system.
Mexidol injections with Picamilon, can they be combined?
Medicines are much more effective when administered parenterally; doctors often prescribe injections to patients. Will I have to give up injections to use Picamilon and Mexidol together?
Doctors give the following recommendations:
- It is possible to use Picamilon with Mexidol in the form of injections, but you should use different syringes. It is not advisable for the two medications to be mixed due to their different chemical natures. Similar clinical trials have never been conducted.
- Make sure that Picamilon and Mexidol are injected into different areas of the body. When used intramuscularly - in both buttocks, in the buttock and thigh. This treatment condition helps prevent the unwanted effects of the drug combination.
- Divide the use of two medications by time; it is advisable to administer Picamilon first. It has a vasodilating effect and is able to prepare the body for better absorption of Mexidol into the bloodstream. After using Picamilon in an injection, the effect of Mexidol is longer and more pronounced.
Joint injections of Picamilon and Mexidol have the same advantages as taking them in tablet form. Additional benefits of injections:
- rapid onset of action (10-15 minutes after injections);
- better absorbed by the body;
- no side effects on the gastrointestinal tract;
- more pronounced, long-lasting effect.
Picamilon and Mexidol at the same time: reviews
The opinions of medical specialists in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system are important, but their patients' assessment of the use of drugs may vary greatly. A medicine praised by doctors often turns out to be ineffective for a particular patient. Let’s not be unfounded and let the patients themselves talk about the unique experience of using Picamilon and Mexidol together.
Marina, 48 years old, Vladivostok
A couple of years ago I started having problems sleeping, dizziness, and tiredness out of nowhere. I couldn't concentrate on work after a sleepless night. My memory became worse; ordinary things became more difficult.
The doctors referred to the early onset of menopause, but I decided that these were excuses. I found a good neurologist at the medical center, he first prescribed Mexidol, then added Picamilon to the course when he saw that the first drug was working.
I had already forgotten how I couldn’t concentrate during the day and how I couldn’t sleep at night. There is no climax, fortunately.
Nikolay, 65 years old, Novosibirsk
I came to the doctor at the clinic with many complaints. Tinnitus, constant forgetting about little things, difficulty concentrating. This is a normal condition for my age and illness, some would say, but I didn’t accept it.
The doctor immediately prescribed injections of Picamilon with Mexidol to make it work faster. A week later I felt better and my head became clearer. Now I’m going through my third course of injections, supporting myself, after all, I’m getting older.
The forgetting and noise never returned.
Lyubov, 32 years old, Samara
Since my youth, doctors have diagnosed me with vegetative-vascular dystonia. Constantly tired, weak, and have minor headaches. I lived with it. But after the concussion, everything got so bad that I couldn’t stand it.
When I left the hospital, my head hurt unbearably and I was dizzy. Well, the therapist at the clinic came across a competent one, prescribed Picamilon, Mexidol, and referred me to a neurologist. He confirmed: it’s worth taking them.
By that time, I myself realized that they were working: the headaches slowly went away, the weakness.
Vladimir, 70 years old, Perm
At 68, he suffered a stroke, his arm moved poorly, and he had difficulty speaking. A new diagnosis was made: ischemia. Half-fainting state when walking, it is difficult to remember everyday activities, where you went, why.
The grandchildren took me to the professor, he rendered a verdict that with such diagnoses it is necessary, in addition to basic medications, to take supportive medications. Prescribed injections of Picamilon and additional Mexidol. The miracle did not happen, the illnesses remained.
But I feel much better, I remember why I’m going, my head is not dizzy. The grandchildren calmly let them go for a walk and sit on a bench.

Description
Picamilon belongs to the class of nootropic drugs, that is, drugs designed to improve brain metabolic processes and increase the intensity of the central nervous system.
Picamilon is a domestically developed drug. More precisely, it was created back in Soviet times - at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Vitamins. This happened in 1970. At that time, Picamilon was the first domestic original drug with nootropic activity. Since the late 80s of the last century, Picamilon has become widely used in clinical practice. Now doctors often recommend the drug for use in various vascular and neurological pathologies.
Essentially, Picamilon is a complex compound containing gamma-aminobutyric and nicotinic acids. This compound is called N-nicotinoyl-gamma-aminobutyric acid (nicotinoyl-GABA). Both components of the compound play an important role in ensuring the metabolism of nerve cells and maintaining in them the biochemical processes necessary for the transmission of nerve impulses.
Nicotinic acid is also called vitamin PP and is involved in many redox reactions, enzyme formation and lipid metabolism. Gamma-aminobutyric acid is one of the main mediators of the nervous system, directly involved in the process of transmission of nerve impulses.
The nootropic effect is achieved mainly by normalizing blood circulation in the vessels of the brain, reducing resistance to blood flow from the walls of blood vessels and increasing its speed. In addition to performing nootropic functions, Picamilon can play the role of a tranquilizer and psychostimulant.
Picamilon has the following beneficial properties:
- improves brain productivity,
- increases endurance in relation to mental stress,
- increases the resistance of nervous tissue to hypoxia,
- prevents an increase in the concentration of lactic acid in brain tissue,
- increases the consumption of oxygen and glucose by brain tissue,
- stimulates oxidative and reduction processes in nervous tissue,
- reduces the severity of neurological disorders,
- has an antioxidant effect,
- improves blood microcirculation inside the eyes,
- improves blood supply to internal organs,
- has a cardioprotective effect.
Improved microcirculation is largely achieved due to the inherent ability of the drug to reduce platelet aggregation. In addition, Picamilon has moderate vasodilating properties and is able to prevent reflex contractions of cerebral vessels and reduce their tone. Nicotinic acid, which is part of the drug, is primarily responsible for this pharmacological feature. Nicotinic acid is also designed to improve the pharmacokinetic properties of GABA.
The antioxidant effect is explained by Picamilon's ability to increase cell resistance to free radicals. Free radicals are toxic substances that can damage cell membranes and thereby cause their death. This feature is useful for any tissue of the body, but, first of all, for nervous tissue.
After all, as we know, neurons do not divide, and their number can only decrease over time. However, even if neurons do not die as a result of exposure to free radicals, they may be damaged and not fully perform their functions. Picamilon prevents this process, due to which a person’s cognitive abilities, memory and thinking are improved, emotional reactions are normalized and healthy sleep is established, and motor or speech disorders disappear.
The anxiolytic or tranquilizing effect of the drug is expressed in a decrease in the severity of negative emotions (anxiety, fear, bad mood, aggression). It is important that Picamilon does not have a pronounced sedative effect and does not lead to drowsiness or muscle relaxation. Moreover, Picamilon promotes emotional activity, providing a psychostimulating effect.
One of the most important beneficial properties of Picamilon is its ability to counteract the destructive effects of alcohol on the human psyche. Thanks to this ability, doctors often recommend the drug for use in cases where a person needs to get rid of alcohol addiction.
Externally, Picamilon, or more precisely, its active substance - nicotinoyl-gamma-aminobutyric acid, looks like a white crystalline powder that easily dissolves in water. Picamilon does not have embryotoxic or carcinogenic effects, does not cause addiction or drug dependence.
The bioavailability of the drug is high and ranges from 50% to 80%. It easily penetrates the blood-brain barrier. The half-life of the drug is 30 minutes.
Why is Cortexin prescribed?
The drug was developed by domestic scientists in 1999 and was initially used to restore brain function after concussion in the military.
Subsequently, good results were obtained from the use of neuropeptides in the treatment of various pathologies of the nervous system, so the scope of use of Cortexin expanded significantly.
The drug contains polypeptide complexes - substances with a protein structure. They contain a number of amino acids, water- and fat-soluble vitamins, and mineral components.
Neuropeptides have an affinity for nervous tissue. Low doses of proteins activate the brain’s own recovery processes and have a cytoprotective effect.
The medicinal peptide complex acts as an antioxidant, that is, it prevents lipid peroxidation.
Cortexin improves metabolic processes in brain cells, stimulates higher nervous functions - memory, attention, analytical abilities of a person. It reduces convulsive readiness, normalizes cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood.
Currently, the medicine is used in therapeutic and pediatric practice.
In adult patients, the drug helps restore the functions of nervous tissue in the following diseases:
- stroke;
- senile dementia;
- epilepsy;
- violation of higher nervous functions - memory and attention disorders;
- transient ischemic attack;
- inflammation of the membranes of the brain;
- infectious lesions of the nervous system;
- autonomic disorders;
- consequences of traumatic brain injury.
There are positive results from using Cortexin for multiple sclerosis, hypertension, cerebral vascular sclerosis, and headaches of various origins.
Indications for use in pediatric practice are as follows:
- perinatal brain damage in newborns;
- tension headache, migraine;
- epileptic seizures;
- hydrocephalus;
- brain injuries;
- asthenia, motor and speech dysfunction.
Neurologists note the effectiveness of Cortexin in the treatment of children with delayed development, speech delay, impaired memory, low learning ability, and hyperexcitability.
The medicine can be used immediately after the birth of the baby, a positive result is achieved after 1-2 courses of its use.
Picamilon - instructions for use in various dosage forms
Picamilon: instructions for use in tablet form
The dosage of Picamilon tablets, according to the instructions for use, will depend on the type and course of the disease. Taking the medicine does not depend in any way on eating food, so the tablets can be taken before, during or after meals.
For cerebrovascular diseases, the daily dosage of Picamilon will vary from 60 to 150 mg. It should be distributed into 2-3 doses. The duration of treatment is 1-2 months. For depressive conditions in older people, the daily dose should be no more than 120 mg. The dose must be divided into 2-3 doses. The duration of treatment is 2-3 months.
For severe physical and mental stress, it is recommended to drink 60-80 mg tablets per day for 1.5-2 months. For people involved in sports, the recommended dosage is 60-100 mg, course duration is 2 weeks. For the treatment of alcoholism and hangover syndrome, 1000-1500 mg of Picamilon per day is prescribed, the course duration is 1 week.
Picamilon: instructions for use in solution form
The instructions note that Picamilon solution must be administered slowly, intravenously or intramuscularly. For any chronic cerebrovascular disorder, the daily dose of the drug is 20-40 mg. Picamilon should be administered according to the following scheme: in the morning - intravenously by drip, in the evening - intramuscularly. The duration of treatment according to this regimen should be 2-4 weeks.
In the treatment of acute ethanol intoxication, a single injection of Picamilon is used in a ratio of 5 mg per 1 kg of patient weight. To maintain abstinence, the dosage is 1.5 mg per 1 kg of body weight per hour (4 hours in the morning and evening) in a volume of 2.5 liters of solution for infusion.
Use of Picamilon for cerebrovascular diseases
Picamilon is almost always prescribed in one dosage or another for cerebrovascular diseases. The drug is necessary to alleviate the patient’s condition and prevent the development of dangerous pathologies. The attending physician, having studied the medical history and assessed the patient’s condition, can prescribe from 600 to 1500 mg of Picamilon tablets per day.
A repeated course of treatment in the absence of acute and urgent indications is carried out 4-5 months after completion of the previous one. If necessary, intravenous administration of Picamilon solution is prescribed twice a day.
Reviews from neurologists
- Stroke and its consequences.
- Traumatic brain injury.
- Disorders of intelligence and thinking.
- Cerebrovascular disease.
- Encephalopathies caused by various reasons.
- Encephalitis, myelitis and encephalomyelitis.

Main indications for use in children:
- Cerebral palsy.
- Developmental disorders of learning skills, speech and language.
- Inflammatory diseases of the brain.
- Perinatal damage to the nervous system.
- Cognitive disorders.
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
- Encephalopathy of various origins.
You can get acquainted with the diseases of children for which Cortexin will be effective in a separate article.
Cortexin is intended for injection into muscle tissue. The lyophilisate (powdered substance) from the bottle is dissolved in liquid before use.
A ten-day course of Cortexin is usually prescribed: 10 mg once a day for adults.
If it is necessary to continue treatment, it is recommended to start the next course after 3-6 months. All this time the patient is observed by his doctor.
If a hemispheric ischemic stroke occurs, intensive therapy is carried out during the acute and initial recovery periods. For patients older than adolescence, 10 mg of the drug is administered twice a day - in the morning and afternoon. The course lasts 10 days, then there is a break (about the same) and it is repeated.
The lyophilized powder contained inside the bottle is intended for preparing a ready-made injection solution together with a solvent. Lidocaine is not recommended for dilution. The composition can be diluted with novocaine (0.5 percent): depending on the patient’s pain threshold, take 1 or 2 ml. It is allowed to use sterile water and 0.9 percent sodium chloride. To prevent the liquid from foaming, the needle must be directed towards the wall of the vessel with the drug.
Overdose
There have been no cases of overdose in therapeutic practice since the introduction of Cortexin on the Russian pharmaceutical market.
The drug is used as intramuscular injections for 10 days.
Cortexin is pre-diluted and injected into the gluteal muscle, 1 ampoule per day.
One package is enough for a course of treatment. Peptide complexes can be reused after 3-6 months.
Administration of Cortexin during pregnancy is not recommended due to the lack of clinical trials. During lactation, breastfeeding should be temporarily interrupted during treatment.
Important! Cortexin injections, like other nootropics, are given in the first half of the day. Otherwise, the stimulating effect of the drug will affect the quality of sleep.
The drug is available in the form of a dry powder, so it needs to be diluted.
Add 1-2 ml of a 0.5% solution of novocaine, saline or water for injection to the bottle. After administration of the liquid, bubbles may appear.
To prevent this, the needle should be kept close to the walls of the ampoule.
For newborns, the dosage is calculated based on the child’s weight - 0.5 mg/kg.
Children weighing more than 20 kg are allowed to receive intramuscular injections at a dosage of 10 mg.
Before giving the injection, the ampoules are pierced and the required amount of anesthetic or water is poured in. The syringe body is removed, leaving the needle in the bottle.
The drug is gently shaken until completely dissolved, while trying to prevent the appearance of foam. Reconnect the syringe and draw out the required amount of medicine.
Important! Before injections, you should change the needle, as the old one may have become dull.
Injections are given deep into the gluteal muscle slowly to reduce pain. For newborns, it is recommended to inject the drug into the outer surface of the thigh to avoid damaging the sciatic nerve.
When administering the medicine to children, saline solution should be used.
Injections with novocaine are certainly less painful. However, the anesthetic can cause severe allergies, and in some children it can cause convulsions.
I have low blood pressure and also suffer from dizziness and headaches. A neurologist prescribed Cortexin injections for me in the spring.
After them, my head seemed to clear up and I began to feel much better. The dizziness went away completely, although I still had a headache once a month. And at work I became calmer, less irritated.
My son is already 4 years old, and he still doesn’t speak. She took me to neurologists and showed her to a psychiatrist. Doctors say that there are no deviations in his health. Then suddenly a diagnosis: delayed speech development.
I read reviews on the Internet about the drug Cortexin and decided to try it. I consulted with a neurologist, the doctor gave the go-ahead.
After a 10-day course, there were positive changes. No, the child did not immediately start speaking in sentences. But instead of mooing, I suddenly heard the words “give”, “drink” and others. It is clear that not everything works out for my boy, but he has a great desire to talk.
Most doctors are satisfied with the results of use, but note that Cortexin is still better used as an additional drug in complex treatment.
I have been prescribing Cortexin to my patients for a long time. Indications: cerebrosthenic syndrome, cognitive disorders. I noticed a positive effect with high blood pressure and cerebrosclerosis. I note that the treatment should be comprehensive. An amazing result in the form of “brain rejuvenation” is not observed, but well-being and mental activity improve.
The effect is good and long-lasting, but a course of treatment is required. A convenient form of administration is intramuscular, which avoids irritation of the gastrointestinal tract. It has a positive effect on people who have suffered an ischemic stroke or have impaired cerebral circulation.
I prescribe Cortexin to children with mental retardation, traumatic brain injury, and hydrocephalus. I notice an improvement after the first course. My patients did not experience any allergies; there were isolated cases of increased agitation after the injection.
The composition of the drug includes glycine and the active substance. The use of the presented medicine in pediatrics is often associated with the treatment of cerebral palsy. It is possible to treat a baby’s critical condition due to postpartum or intrauterine damage to the central nervous system. Cortexin - instructions for use contain information according to which the pharmacological action of the drug is used for:
- deterioration of children's memory;
- encephalopathy;
- complications of stroke;
- delayed speech development of the child;
- cerebral circulatory disorders.
Attention! The information presented in the article is for informational purposes only. The materials in the article do not encourage self-treatment. Only a qualified doctor can make a diagnosis and give treatment recommendations based on the individual characteristics of a particular patient.
Overdose and possible side effects
If adverse symptoms occur, you should inform your doctor, who will adjust the treatment and, if necessary, reduce the dose.
There is no reliable data on cases of drug overdose. Sometimes the severity of side effects is noted when using high doses of the drug.
The daily dose of the drug should not exceed 300 mg. If there are symptoms of overdose, the patient is given detoxification therapy and, if necessary, somatic treatment is prescribed.
When taking the drug orally, negative phenomena associated with the gastrointestinal tract may occur - nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea. Negative neurological reactions are also possible - drowsiness, headache, dizziness, irritability, anxiety, lethargy, agitation or, conversely, insomnia.
An overdose is expressed by increased side effects. In such a case, symptomatic treatment is carried out, taking enterosorbents.
Since sedation and side effects associated with a decrease in reaction are possible when taking Picamilon, you should avoid driving vehicles and performing work that requires concentration during treatment.
Other groups of drugs
In addition, antioxidants (eltacin, mexidol, divaza), muscle relaxants (mydocalm), antipsychotics (eglonil, teraligen), vitamins (neuromultivitis), dietary supplements (evalar), cardioprotectors (mildronate) are used in the treatment of VSD. According to indications, for high pulse rates, Concor, anaprilin can be used, for nonspecific pain in the heart - validol. Physiotherapeutic methods of treatment are also successfully prescribed, of which darsonval can be distinguished.
It should be remembered that there are a great many medications for VSD, but the doctor must decide which pills you need.
